      I recently became a member and I have to say I am very pleased with the staff here. They are solution oriented and,when given a request they do not know quite how to assist with,they usually send me to someone who can. 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

      If you're not from the state of Michigan it's better to borrow money from your friend rather than withdrawing from this bank ... Lesson learned hard way!!!!!! ....I got charged triple.... First I withdraw $ 40 dollars ..I got charged for $ 5.00 dollars fee plus ATM transaction for withdrawal fee of $3.00 plus additional fee of another $3.00 because I somehow wanted to know how much balanced I got.... Big deal $11.00 dollars right there deducted from my account now I'm negative.. OMG 😱

      This is the worst company I have ever delt with, they steal your money, the manager (the male one) was so rude! My elderly grandpa also went in their to set up an account with them and they made him wait for an hour and a half because 1. they were playing on their phones and talking to eachother. I was on facetime while this was happening! I will never ever return here again, and if you care about where you bring your business this is definitely not it!
