      I went to this location this morning and had the worst customer service experience with the branch manager Regan. There was no point of concern and I was not treated as a member AT ALL! She rushed me through the entire process to the point where I had to get her to write it down so I could understand. I wanted to reopen a business account but since I wasn’t treated like a member and was told 3 different pieces of information I’ll go to Vibe credit union maybe they will show more empathy to their customers . Don’t go to this location .. no compassion or anything for members or potential members . They also need to learn how to greet customer with respect and not rudely !! Highly dissatisfied

      The atm took my money..... I put $790 in the depositor it spit $100 out ..... made a beeping noise... then the machine said something like you can't finish your transaction then told me to take my card... this Is definitely not fair
