  As an automotive dealer I have sent many of my clients here for auto loans. They seem effortless and deliver for me every time even if its just wasted legwork. Due to these factors I will be opening my own account for an auto loan shortly :] Nina does a great Job~

  DON’T DON’T DON’T DON’T BANK WITH MICHIGAN LEGACY!!!!! Avoid the headache and I do mean Headaches… So I have made other reviews regarding this company in different locations. I received a respond back from the Operations Manager, who stated that if I call the brunch and ask for her she would try to resolve the issue. But guess what, the exact same issues occur. Representatives are still coming up with excuses as to why a manager is not available, they constantly tell you that someone is going to call you back and they don’t, even the voice operator while you on hold states “ it’s our policy that no one goes home until everyone is called back” but that’s a lie. I’m still waiting on a call back days later.. and I’m not the only person with these issues.. there’s more issues I’m having, I just want to rewrite of them on here (see other locations reviews) read all 1 star reviews and notice that they all are current. The 5 stars reviews are from years ago. And it doesn’t seem to matter what district the brunches are in. We all are having these issues. And we are customer from over 10+ years.. Bank somewhere else.

  London, I understand managers are on the phone and have been spoken to many managers as well as the Chief Operating Officer who left a message and never received a call back. While we try to meet our member/owners needs, sometimes we are just not a right fit and there are many great credit unions out there. We wish you the best of luck if finding an institution that meets your specific needs.

  I used to have my whole family's accounts here. kids savings account, Car loans and business checking but not only do they have banking business hours they have worse than banking business hours because they're not even open till 10:30 am on Wednesday so I moved all my accounts to public service credit Union in flatrock and their drive-through his open at 8:00 a.m. in the morning every day of the week. People hate banks because of all the rules and regulations and Bad hours so it's about time that everybody moves to credit unions where they treat you well and like family.

  Mr. Barnett, first let me apologize for the late response. Yes, Wednesday morning is our slowest traffic morning and it is when we train all staff to keep them up to date with ever changing regulations and policies. Public Service is a great credit union as well and I am happy you found something to serve you during the hours you need to visit a branch in person.
