      Have yet to encounter one able-minded employee that has an inkling of a clue about what they are doing. They operate on technology from 1990 and make it nearly impossible to make a payment. Thank God I refinanced today. Bye MLCU!

      Cameron, actually we have many ways to make a payment (ACH, Auto Transfer, by Phone, I am sure your current institution has bill pay, we still take checks and cash payments) all of which the staff is well aware of. I hope you find what you are looking for in your new institution and they provide the service that meets your needs.

      Unless you enjoy paying fees for essentially nothing and your credit union doing nothing to work with you on it, I recommend going elsewhere.
