  I recently completed the mortgage process through Michigan Mortgage and I couldn't be happier with how things went. I started off my application with them because the credit union I have been a member of for many years denied my application because my employment as a union worker made me an unattractive candidate to them. David was my original contact person and he was very personable. He answered all of my questions and stayed in very easy and consistent contact with me. I explained my employment situation to him and instead of treating me like just another number he took a look at my individual situation and determined we could work together. Despite the terrible market conditions we found a property and my experience didn't change when we went to underwriting. Jules was fantastic and sorry Dave but she outdid you in customer service. She was on top of everything, super nice and we got things done despite some hurdles. I'm almost sad to be done with the process because they were so great to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your mortgage needs. I would give six stars if I could.

  If your looking to purchase or refinance your home this is the locally owned business you want to do business with. After a horrible experience with another lender Jill and her team at Michigan Mortgage went beyond all expectation to help us close on our new home. Their system keeps you in touch with the process along the way and each milestone and they are there with answers to your questions with no endless wait times like other companies. If we EVER buy another home we will be doing business with Michigan Mortgage no question or hesitation!
