  I have been with MSGCU going on 15 years, my wife longer than that. We've never had a problem until last weekend. My wife went in to finalize some paperwork we were told was good to go, but unfortunately my wife came across Debbie. Debbie is a rude, inconsiderate, petty tyrant, and I hope nobody ever comes across her again. She made my wife feel insignificant, and tried to make my wife feel like a fool, for not having documentation that we were never told we needed. She is cruel, and this single interaction has us considering moving to another credit union. If the past few years has taught me anything, it's don't put up with rude people. If Debbie wants us to feel like worthless garbage we can take our business elsewhere and Debbie can be the queen of her credit union. If someone from MSGCU reads this, I want an apology in writing mailed to our home, you know our address. I will never recommend MSGCU to anyone again. I've lost all faith in their leadership, and member care teams. I would be ashamed if a friend or family member was treated the way Debbie treated my wife. I don't care if she was having a bad day, or was mad it was a busy Saturday. Nothing gives Debbie the right to treat people the way she treated my wife.

  Been banking here since it opened and have never had an issue with anyone. Everyone is always super helpful and will always suggest the best options for me. Love the team here!
