      Angela King is the best Loan Officer at this Credit Union. She is very helpful and spends time to explain loans in details with us. We have consume loan and Auto Loan with this Credit Union. It is amazing. I highly recommend you all to come to see Angela and do business with this Credit Union. This is the best Credit Union in this Macomb and Oakland Country.

      If you want to draw out large increments or deposit large increments you will be disappointed. Bank manager declined processing a check that was endorsed by a person that was with me. This is the SAME manager who others are complaining about (see other reviews). If you need any business banking for B2B, B2G or B2C look elsewhere. The have a handful of locations but nothing worth driving to. BANK ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL BE HINDERED.

      Horrible institution. They decline debit card transactions even when the customer has sufficient funds. Additionally, they made me explain why I needed a certified check on a different transaction. I waited 30 minutes for a manager’s approval. Not allowing customers access to their money is criminal.
