      If i could give 0 stars i would. If you are looking for a auto loan or any loan at all, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Especially if you have a lady named Tiana working with you, it seems like she can’t even use a email, nor is she knowledgeable about any of the tax forms that was requested by underwriting. All in all a terrible experience at this credit union. I have a existing auto loan open with them now that i am going to pay off in full and close the account. If you want great service with people who actually care about you, and return your phone calls go to Unity Credit Union.
