  I was in a jam and Dana and the staff at Micro Loans NW were amazing! Melina helped me personally and could not have been more professional, kind, and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are good people here.

  I mentioned that I went to try and mobile deposits my check and my online bank wouldn’t even let me get to the point of putting in my check so my check was clear and only had my signature on the back and due to me saying this they refused to cash my check… I round never recommend anyone to this place and the lady at the front counter was very unprofessional

  Hi Tyler, I'm sorry I missed your review. The banking system has not completely figured out mobile deposits. They often tell their customer that the deposit was not successful or accepted and then they do it anyways. The money eventually ends up in the customers account and if we end up cashing the check it returns as a duplicate deposit. We then have to collect from you, but your deposit hasn't been released so you don't have the money to pay us back (for 10 days or so). So, we just don't take the risk and ask the customer to get a replacement check when this happens. I'm very sorry we were not able to help you.

I would also like to take the time to give a special thanks to jess for always having a smile and bein on top of things with answering questions and giving the best advice in option..She a 5 star deserving of a 10 star raise 🌟💸↗️
