I’ve been with MAF for about a little over a year my primary loan was turned over to them and honestly I’ve never had a problem with them even when I was late I see the bad reviews but honestly I’ve never experienced that they have always worked with me and I’m 2 payments away from paying it off .. also if anything happens to your car I mean it is a car get it fixed stop blaming others that’s why we have mechanics..

I recently finish purchising a truck i had bought with some dealers who later sold to this company and their customer service is the WORST .!! They dont help you at all and they tempt to always hung up the line at you Too ! They are very rude towards helping the customer by screaming at them and neglecting help ..! This is the last time im purchasing from them. Its been almost a month i purchased the vehicle from the dealers and they never sent me my title i just called and they hung up like always😒

We had a few BHPH accounts that we sold to them. The whole process was a nightmare. My rep kept switching, took weeks for it to be finalized. Then 2 months after accounts were bought I get a letter from the UCCC that Mid Atlantic put a lein on my personal name. Called and the first rep requested to have it removed. Couldn't tell me why I had a lein on my name. I kept getting transferred to associates that were supposed to be able to tell me why I had lein in my name. But it was always the wrong area. Company is extremely difficult to do business with and they do not care about relationships at all.
