      Every time I walk in someone always says "hi North, what can I do for you today???"... Andv9 times out of 10 they already have my account on their screens... Same is true for the Wadena branch... Haven't used the long prairie branch, but I bet they are the same for the local population... Granted, I do know most everyone who works at the staples and Wadena branches, even if not necessarily by name, and most know me in one form or another... Best customer service around, for a small hometown bank...

      Everyone is so friendly. I feel as though they have known me all life. My brother lives in Minneapolis and says people at bank don't even know him. He's had same bank for over 40 years. I tell him to move up to North Country where people know and care for you. Come to Staples to find people who are helpful and happy.

      I love this bank! The opening balance requirements are very low...customer service us great! And they have savings programs for kids. So they can learn how banking works
