  Called to arrange a double payment due to unforseen medical bills, they keep requesting medical documents to show we are not lying. My wife has provided everything short of driving 45 mins each way to get a receipt from CVS. Son currently in ICU in saint Pete and they said his mom has to leave him there to go get a receipt. After they said they need proof he in ICU and that was sufficient and the hospital provided a letter for them . Now it's not enough This is illegal. Either say no you can't have an extension or accept the documents. Edit: review changed to 4 stars for the managers efforts to resolve the issue.

  The absolute worst the customer service in Lakeland is incompetent I updated my pay schedule months ago and they still managed to have my documents out of order to the point it caused a repossession after reviewing the notes they admitted the mistake was on their part and still charged me repo fees and late fees I’ve referred plenty of friends and family to them but they don’t care about the wellness of their customers they only want your $$ HUGE SCAM! Once I complete my agreement I will NEVER GET ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN THE CATASTROPHIC POSITION! IRASHIA JOHNSON IS THE NAME ON MY ACCOUNT I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TODAY! THIS COMPANY IS CARELESS I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DELINQUENCY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!

  Mid Florida Financing are the vehicle financing equivalent to the old check cashing scam artists of the 1990's. The dealership they are associated with sale cars that are like being in Vegas, you're gambling if you'll actually get one that works. My story is simple, due to a divorce that destroyed my credit, I had no choice but to go through an organization like this at that time. I went to the dealership and bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. A few months into the vehicle I had to have new tires put on and the tire shop told me they spotted an issue with the steering and alignment of the vehicle. I thought they were just trying to up-sale me so I took it to another garage to get a second opinion. They in turn told me the same information AND that the issue as showed a clear problem that had been around for quite a while, well before I would have purchased that vehicle. The issue was so problematic that the car was a hazard to drive. I took my chances and drove the car to the dealership and they had THEIR mechanic take a look at the same issue. THEIR mechanic said the exact same things the other two shops had said. They and myself brought this to the attention of the dealership who stated they were not going t pay for the repair, even though it was an issue prior to my purchasing the vehicle. We were NEVER behind or missed a payment and yet decided to take the credit hit and return the vehicle to them. The issue was so bad we voluntarily turned it in, knowing the hit our credit we were trying to rebuild would take. They took possession of the vehicle and sold the vehicle and yet still are reporting on my credit that I'm not making a payment. They offered a service to a auto dealership which sold a defective product and was not willing to make it right. Then are continually screwing the consumer by reporting a negative report to the credit agencies. I understand being in the position where there are limited choices for getting a vehicle, I just would never go to a dealership who uses this organization.
