I just want to say I had a very pleasant experience handling my crazy life bank issues with Shane O’Neill. He went above and beyond what is expected of him from an outsider. He took care of a couple of issues for me when They were in desperate need of fixing. He was kind , understanding and very professional. Shane’s customer service is impeccable. A1!!

This credit union likes to screw veterans, charge extremely high interest rates, add fees, report credit bureau about untrue things that they are true because they didn’t do the right thing. All they are after is the money.
