      I will never again conduct business with this bank. Especially not the loan officer Greg Lamb. We tried to use them to get a loan for property and he swore up and down we were good then didn’t approve the loan. We tried again to use them for our construction loan. We meet with Greg on May 31, 2022 and filled out and application. After that he stopped returning phones calls or emails. Then he sent us disclosures to sign (via mail) and had us write a check for an appraisal. We sent them back. I tried again to call and email he never returned my emails or phone calls. The today almost 2 months later he tells us he can not approve our loan. This bank is still unprofessional and wasted our time.

      Good bank, but very conservative decision making. Also, home appraisal values on refinance transactions are often suppressed by bank loan officers. When we were refinancing we called our loan officer and he was with the appraiser driving around looking for comps... Then after we weren't pleased with the appraised value and used LendingTree for our refinance our appraised value came in nearly 20% higher.
