      I had one series of interactions with Mid-State title for a closing and they were perfect. The staff knows their stuff, the office is clean and well kept and it was easy to find with plenty of parking.

They are always available to answer any questions I have and work diligently to get the deal to closing on time, every time! Their fees are very fair and competitive in the title and escrow market, making them an excellent value!
