  Blair, aka the Funding Queen, lives up to her name! She and everyone else on the Midas team are truly the best credit experts in the business. They are not only helping me to raise my credit score but are also educating me so that I can keep it up. I sent my information through their system and had someone reaching out to me personally with updates within a few days! They have taught me more about money than I ever learned anywhere else and I will be forever grateful!

  PLEASE READ: Not only do I not recommend you work with this company for lack of keeping promises, but also due to the owners unprofessional and emotional responses to all of his bad reviews. He is threatening to sue me for writing a bad review, blamed me for my bad financial decisions which is the case of most of his clients. So offensive especially because he has no idea why I was seeking the help of his company. Make sure you read ALL of the bad reviews and his responses before hiring them. Save your money and look elsewhere for the financial help you need! UPDATE: SEE BELOW!!! This is exactly what I was talking about. Do you trust this man with your financial freedom? All of you personal information? And worst of ALL, I DO NOT HAVE A NEW DEROGATORY MARK ON MY CREDIT. THIS ACCUSATION GIVEN HIS POSITION IS UNACCEPTABLE AND AN ABUSE OF POWER. AND.... TO HIS ADMISSION I'VE PAID HIM $1350 AND THE MOMENT I WROTE A DISSATISFACTORY REVIEW HE STOPPED WORKING ON MY BEHALF. EVEN TO THE POINT WHERE HE REFUSES TO TELL ME WHO THIS "NEW BAD CREDITOR" IS. SAYS I CAN FIND IT ON MY OWN BUT EVEN MY ATTORNEY COULDN'T FIND IT. Again, is this who you want on your side?

  Sadly, Ms. Snyder has trouble with the truth. Her accusations include the "owner" of the company dealing in emotion in his responses to a few consumers. The stark reality is the owner of the company only deals in fact and truth. Nothing more. The owner of the company also has a right to defend himself from defamatory remarks in a court of law. There have never been any threats made towards Ms. Snyder. This is Ms. Snyder's second attempt in making a false accusation towards Midas. First of all, Ms. Snyder paid Midas $1350, not $1500. She did not hire us 10 months ago, she hired us approximately 7 months ago. Due to her adversarial and aggressive behavior, including calling the owner of the company a misogynist and a racist (he is neither), we quit working with her in December of 2021. She was abusive to several Midas staff members and an e-mail string with the owner of Midas shows numerous vulgarities and the accusations listed above. Anyone that knows Mr. Hornbacher, knows his record. It includes over 20,000 volunteer hours to various 501c3's including homeless shelters, food banks, and abused/battered shelters for women and children. He has also donated significantly to the Purple Heart Charity, several veteran homeless shelters, and took a year-long sabbatical from the company to be the foster parent of four little brothers that spent their early years living in a torture chamber. His record is impeccable except for a handful of false narratives created by people like Ms. Snyder that are dealing in pure emotion. Anyone with decent cognitive reasoning skills can see this. The reality of credit repair is that you can go weeks and even as long as 45 days without anything happening. By law, the credit bureaus have 30 days to act on a dispute. It is customary to give them 7 days for mailing and handling on each end of that. It's logical that our service doesn't include daily, or even weekly contact. Our clients are contacted only when an event takes place. The facts are clear. The average credit repair takes 6-12 months. Further, the average success rate on a national basis is 72%. In the 5.5 months Midas was working on her account, we removed over 60% of the negative items on her credit report. It stands to reason that if we had continued the work, we would have met and exceeded the 72% national average. She simply didn't give the process the time required. Additionally, she added a new negative item to her credit report. Her scores should have increased significantly. They didn't due to the new collection that was lodged against her. Something that Midas Financial had no control over. Midas Financial Company has turned this over to our attorney for proceedings. UPDATE: This is Darrell Hornbacher, President of Midas Financial Company. Ms. Snyder has a real problem with telling the truth. Her defamatory comments to me are unfounded and untrue. My record is impeccable. She is not a nice human being. The correspondence between her and me is vulgar (on her side) to say the least. She has accused me of being a racist and a misogynist. Both are patently false with no basis in reality. What she doesn't tell you is that we removed 60% of the negative items on her credit report. The national average is 72%. Had she not been so rude, we wouldn't have fired her as a client and she would have achieved her goals. She accuses me of being threatening. I've never threatened her. It is against ARS 13-1804 section 6. A class 2 felony. I would never do such a thing under any circumstances. She wrote a unsatisfactory review using an alias and wants my company to continue to work with her? We have no obligation to her in any way. The rest of the facts in this matter are listed above.
