      Marvin Charles is a practical, common sense financing guy who puts the customer first. Thanks again for securing financing that works for us for our farm purchase. Update on 11/23/2020: Avoid the residential division of this company. I sold a house and made the mistake of recommending them to the buyer. Closing has been rescheduled twice because of their lack of diligence while my expenses continue. I will leave the 5 stars because of the excellent service the agricultural division has given me personally.
