      Open the lobby!! A lot of members go to the bank on Saturday please open the lobby back up, it's getting old....can't use the pandemic as an excuse anymore.. thanks

      When I lived in Bath as a teenager I hated this place because they were rude to me. As an adult I thought, "Maybe I was too harsh." No. I was not too harsh. The tellers themselves are generally amiable but the people who control the office will make your life as difficult as possible. Ask for a credit card statement? Get an undated printout of transactions that supposedly happened with no dates or total balance due. I pursued this bank for months for a statement so I could pay off the card and never received it. Never again. Nothing could ever persuade me to do business here again.
