      I love this bank! I have used many banks over the years and hands down this is the best! They are always willing to help with anything, they know me by name when I come in or use the drive thru. They are always pleasent and accommodating. Would recommend this bank to anyone.

      The staff at MidCountry loan department is not professional and knowledgeable at all. They messed up my 1098 form. I spent more than a month, including more than 4 hours talking on their customer service line to educate and help them fix the error, which should NOT be the obligation of customers at all. As a scientist, I highly suspect the same systematic mistake have happened to many other customers too. If you used MidCountry for home mortgage, go check the box 1 of your 1098 form asap. If you are shopping for a home loan, stay away from MidCountry!
