      Always friendly and they know my name and ask how my dogs are. They even give me dog treats. If there is any fraud issues I get a text right away. I love having their mobile app to have a great idea of how much money I have in my accounts. For a while I just had a savings account with them and a checking account with a big bank. After running into so many issues with the big bank; I closed my account and went to Middlesex for everything.

      I WORK FOR AN AMERICAN COMPANY AND I get paid every week. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WORK WITH THIS BANK. I WAS HERE TODAY TO CHANGE MY CHECK, I WAS ASKED FOR 3 ID. IF THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH, THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE OFF MY CAP. MAYBE THESE ARE THE RULES AT THIS BANK OR WAS IT PREJUDICED WITH THE FACT THAT I'M AN IMMIGRANT? I JUST WANT TO CHANGE THE CHECK, I WILL NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT THIS BANK. I SAW IN THE MANAGER'S FACE A BAD WILL OR PREJUDICE. THEY ASKED ME 2 ID I DELIVERED MY PASSPORT PLUS MY AMERICAN VISA. SHE CALLED ANOTHER PERSON AND ASKED FOR 3 ID. SINCE PLACE.

      Although I have only used this bank for my children's accounts, I have often popped in there to have something notarized. The staff are friendly and helpful and I am always in and out. I've started to think more about leaving my big bank for this bank because of how helpful they always are.
