      They may be a small branch but the customer service and their attention to detail is second to none! We were away on vacation and needed my Debit Card to make a cash withdrawal, Plenty of money in my account. My card would not work. I called spoke to Heather, explained my situation. She immediately could not help me. Instead of just saying I’m sorry and allowing me to be frustrated the rest of vacation, she went got together with Kelly and explained my problem. Within minutes, Heather called back and explained they did some things on their end at the branch in their system, try my card again. I went to a bank and whatever they did, allowed me to withdrawal the cash I needed! Thank you Heather and Kelly, great job!!
