  Always a pleasure at this bank, nice atmosphere and the people are friendly. Sherie got me in and out and what I needed quickly. All in all, great place.

  My family has done business with this bank for over twenty years. I have been patient with the inadequate level of products and services that they offer especially from the Altus Oklahoma branch. Five years before my father passed away, he and I met with the Altus branch manager and set up the account so I was joint owner and was given 100% joint ownership of this account. I was told that I could do everything on this account because I was a joint owner. In January when my father passed away I met with the branch manager again and advised that my father had passed away. He placed a code on the account and told me that I would have no problems with accessing my funds or receiving my direct deposits. That was completely false since then I have had my online banking shut down resulting in delays in my bills being paid and late fee accruals The bank mind you did not offer to reimburse me for this and only said it was their policy. The bank has still not released the code from my account a month later. And now it's threatening to close my account with a pending deposit for my paycheck in it. I have been assisted by the regional manager and have had my concerns addressed effectively. Although the assistance did effectively resolve the immediate solution. The level of service from the Altus Branch is a direct reflection of the branch manager who is in my opinion not trustworthy. I can not in good faith ever think of a situation that I would recommend the Altus Mid first branch.

  I absolutely love this bank! Sue is outstanding at her job and she’s definitely a people person! Anytime I need help with anything or have questions she goes above and beyond to assure I get the help I need
