MidFirst Bank refuses to follow through with customer requests. I moved out of state and attempted to close my account. No matter who I talk to or how many times I try to close my account and stop notifications my attempts have been futile. No one knows how to correct changes to an account and no one follows up to ensure that up-dates have been taken care of. I do not recommend opening an account with this bank, customer service isn't a priority.
