      What happened to this location?! Poor customer service coupled with outrageous private bank fees overdraft fees (that can't be waived or protected against). Be warned! I've been with Midfirst for 13+ years and am appalled at how I was treated at this location..the same location I originally opened my account at all those years ago. The teller was dismissive and unhelpful alongside her manager who was also less than friendly and helpful. Midfirst, remember your customers or their wallets will forget you.
