First, I have to say everyone is usually very friendly when I go in to this branch. Today I went in to open a CD. There were two bankers and several tellers. Both bankers (i'm pretty sure 1 of them was the branch manager) were on the phone so I was told to have a seat. I sat there for 40 minutes and there was not a single customer the whole time I was there. I felt totally ignored. Finally, I just left. They have decent rates so I may go back and give them one more chance...if it happens again I'll be opening that CD at a different bank, where they at least act like they want my business. Edit March 2022: since then I have had no problems at this branch and everyone is helpful and pleasant to deal with...I'm gonna add a few stars for that!

Horrible bank I’d try another one before going here. Initial set up took over a month and even now still nothing but problems. Unhappy customer, too many banks to be treated this horribly.
