I want to start by saying I love my credit union accounts with Mid Florida! I’ve worked with Barbara and Kylie Black! Kylie is my main point of contact and she has been awesome. She deserves a raise!! She really goes above and beyond for her customers. She’s helped me and my husband open multiple accounts, apply for a credit card, RV loan and a truck loan. All of which we were approved except the RV. We will still go try to refinance and move our RV to Mid Florida in about a year. Kylie is so down to earth and one of the most patient people I know! I won’t see anyone else for my banking needs.! Go see Kylie today!!!!! -Amber Nimmo

I want to relate my appreciation for the crew at this MidFlorida Branch. They are always courteous, helpful and offer personalized service. I especially want to express my appreciation for Barbara who has stuck with us through a fraud issue and treated it like her own problem. I did not have to reach out to her and ask where we were in the process because she was responsive to get back with me. It was tough enough trying to take care of my own work schedule and do all the research behind the scene. She stepped up and did a lot of work for us.
