Misleading company. They tell you you have overdraft protection yet they let your account overdraft. And then try to charge you for it! Only reason I went with them was to help get my credit score up and get an auto loan. They wouldn't help with either. Been paying 18.5% interest without an issue. Jokes on them I guess. I would strongly recommend going with a different bank. All this one does is hold your money for you. My safe can do that for free!

I am a new member to Mid-Florida. My experience with Catherine Clark was Great!! She was patient, thorough, matched me to the best account to suit my needs. A month later had a question, called her directly, she conversed with ne like I had just been in her office yesterday. Nice to be treated like a person not a number. Btw the branch I recieved such great service is located in Pinellas Park. I'm glad I finally walk in those doors.
