  Wonderful staff, especially " smiley " Tammy . Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient. She should be the Area Manager and train others as well because of her positive attitude, business protocols and policy she follows. Putting customers first and make the customer a priority was her goal. She resolved my issue with dedication of a business account that another branch manager refused to do. I am extremely happy with her support to me with another one of her staff members. Keep up with your work ethic and be blessed for what you do. Hopefully corporate can check in this and promote these dedicated workers who take pride in their work.

  If I was going to open an account with any financial institution I would open one here with these people.. it's the only one I know of that you can cash a check at and not be an account holder and not be charged a small fortune to get cash on the spot!

  I’m so glad I found this credit union and they are five minutes from my house. Everybody is so friendly and nice and helpful at this branch and they helped me refinance a car loan with the best interest-rate ever and saved me so much money on my new car loan. Loved the friendliness and kindness of everyone and was so pleased with all of their help that I went ahead and opened up a new checking account with them also. Sarah in Lakeland Florida help to me over the phone and she is wonderful and she sent me to them to finalize the deal and I was greeted by everyone when I walked in and Tammy helped me so much to set everything up and finalize the deal. She was so friendly and nice as was Sarah on the phone. I am so thankful I found them and I would recommend them to anybody who wants to save money and have friendly customer service at the same time. I live five minutes from this branch and have lived here for years and never knew what it was like to join a credit union and I am so happy I did it and I am so pleased and thankful. Hats off to mid Florida credit union because you are definitely the best! Thanks to you i’m saving a lot of money and love the friendliness of all of your employees. A very satisfied new customer!
