  I called multiple times to ask what I needed to do to deposit a insurance check even stopped bye myself said I needed my wife and proof of her florida address Jackie at this location is the rudest nasty person I've ever met at mid florida location I have a car loan and a saving account and she was waving her arms acting if she was better then someone cause she works at a bank I will never ever ever return to this branch and I even want to close my accounts with them over this ignorant person

  I came in this afternoon to the branch and I wasn't thinking it was 12:15, lunch time. I waited less than 5 minutes to open a checking and savings. Kathleen Meola relationship banker, was very thorough on their products and I was very excited with their new promotion that within 45 days if I get my direct deposit transferred over I would get $200 back. The bank was very clean and the customer service was very Great 👍
