      The midflorida credit union in Arcadia has the absolute worst customer service experience, and terrible follow through with my wife and I. Their credit card company is very difficult to get a hold of. They don't back up their customers or listen to what the customers are asking for,, again no follow-up with customers. Both Departments the bank, and the credit card are consistently horrible for customer service care. We have left multiple messages for the bank manager Kelly and she does not return our calls. This is not the way to treat 😕 customers of your credit union.

      Natalie at the mid Florida in Arcadia is terrible. She’s very unprofessional and from what I hear none of the customers like her. Including me. If you have problems up there go to Wauchula mid Florida. They are 100x better than the Arcadia branch.
