I had the very BEST experience this morning with MidFlorida CU. I wanted to get established with a reputable credit union.. here locally. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by a beautiful hostess lady offering muffins and fresh popped popcorn :-) . Very welcoming. I then got to meet Mr Jeremiah Rivera, who was a complete pleasure to work with... He is professional, knowledgeable and respector of time... He made my first visit effortless and I was in & out in no time. I had a concern later on in the day and when I called the branch, the nicest girl answered the phone and took it upon herself to help me out. When I emailed Jeremiah, within the hour, he got right back to me and handled everything like the professional he is... We are moving into a day where we all need to extend grace to one another, as well as respect. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone who wants to experience what a genuine American establishment offers right here in our Tampa back yard. Thanks again guys.. all of you are wonderful. ❤️

Focus is definately NOT on Members/ Customer! I am shocked that management doesn't train the Team better .... a reflection on management! No greeting, pleasantries or even thank you. An absolute lack of basic manners and customer service ...... I'll have to contact the Board.
