Help desk Jennifer supervisor keeping putting 5.00 into my account to keep it negative she do not need to be the supervisor or help desk no customer service no assistance kept my profile and dropping money into my account without me knowing MIDFLORIDA and ASHLEY who do collection NIKKI help desk supervisor all didn’t help me today attitude being loud and going back and fourth with me who do the collection need to be remove from the department y’all hired ppl that don’t even help or try to assist customers and they deleted my account I even spoke with CARLOS the supervisor no help at all I will be making my way to the branch Tuesday morning to get this resolve been with them for 6 years now never had this problem they do not need to be in no management position if they don’t have the customer service for it been calling all morning to get nothing resolve.I want to give the service 0 if I could just horrible
