  I have been a customer here since 2013. I loved the small town feel and personalized banking so much that I applied for a job. I started working here in 2017 and love it.

  I collect coins as a hobby. I have given cash in exchange for coin rolls from this bank previously, without an account, and assumed it was normal. On June 10th I pulled into the drive through expecting to exchange some nickel and penny rolls for another denomination to search through. I was confronted with a thin middle aged lady who was rude, snappy, and condescending. I asked if I could exchange some coin rolls, she frowned and said we will have to break them open (every bank everywhere does that it’s how you count and make sure all the coins are there) and then snapped at me “do you have an account”, I said no and was about to inquire on opening one but before I could say another word she slammed the drawer of the drive through and smugly said you need an account while she turned and walked away from the window. Never at any bank in my life(33yr) have I felt so looked down on and rudely talked to by a bank teller. I have three bank accounts now, one for my business, one personal, and a joint account with my wife. All with checking and savings accounts. We moved here a few years ago and I have been wanting to switch one of my accounts to a bank with a closer branch. After this experience I will never consider this branch or bank at all if this is how they treat people customers or not. It makes me feel sick. The nasty looks and disrespectful tone has stuck with me for two days now. Shameful!
