      Can't get through to talk to someone locally. The line is usually busy or it gets transferred to their call center. What do they do? Take theirs phones off the hook? Very frustrating

      The ATM is always out of order, the drive thru is extremely slow and I’m tired of paying a 3.99 “maintenance” fee. You’re a bank, why do I need to pay a fee to have my account “maintained?”
