  Hi! I don't typically write reviews but I saw one that was rather disparaging so I felt the need to share my experiences at the Southside location of MidSouth Bank. I have never had anything but great experiences with MidSouth Bank- start to finish every single time I visit. I've never felt that they were prejudice in any way shape or form; I am what some may call eccentric-colored hair, piercings, and plenty of tattoos, I definitely feel judged many places I go but NEVER at this bank! They've always been so helpful and friendly! I saw that a previous review also mentioned Katie Woodham by name, I've had to have Katie work with me with NUMEROUS financial situations and she always treated me as if I were nothing short of family! All of the other ladies in the location are spectacular as well! The Southside location of MidSouth Bank gets nothing less than FIVE STARS from me! There are ALWAYS two sides to every story and it seems like the negative mentions are that of someone who is perhaps bitter...? Just my thought. Anyway, Ladies (and gentlemen) of MidSouth Bank Southside location- THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING WONDERFUL AND ACCEPTING OF LITTLE OLE' ME! I'm certain you treat all of your customers as you do me! Don't let the icky opinion of someone bitter bring down your sparkle! You guys ROCK!!!
