Honestly if I could give ten stars I would. April Howard is so helpful that I can’t say enough good things about her. I also really enjoyed sitting down w the branch manager, Robert Drake. He helped address my concerns and was courteous and informative. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had account with them for 2 years give or take. Through the 2 years it was none stop issues. I could never get decent customer service and it seemed like they couldn't take accountability for anything. My card was constantly put on hold until I could get in touch with the fraud department. Then they stop my cards and I have to get a new one. Now all of sudden after being told to not use my account until things were looked into. I get my account canceled with out my knowledge for inactivity. Then you have to deal with how rude they become when you voice your concerns or anger. It's just an all around bad company.
