Sarah was awesome with helping me find out why my debit card was declined at the license office in Crystal. She engaged in conversation like we knew each other, which made me less stressed. We figured out what the problem could of been and she left me a voice mail before she left for the day to make sure everything was ok. Now that is going above and beyond, especially with the lack of customer assistance in the post COVID world we live in! Kudos to her!
