      After our initial conversation by phone with Joe, we never heard from him again. Only through his assistants by email and then a few phone calls toward the end for closing. I sent Joe several emails and VM and never had them responded to or even acknowledged by anyone else in his office. We had many questions regarding some of the things that we had spoken to Joe about during our initial conversation and never had a chance to really discuss any of them. Needless to say, I would not recommend any of my friends or family to him. Communication is key no matter the situation, and any breakdown of that leads to very unsatisfied customers.
