I was screamed at by a woman (who wouldn’t give me her name)over a simple dispute that was THE BANK’S FAULT. I requested that my account be closed & they REFUSED & forcibly removed me from the building. These people are actual scam artists.

Very bad customer service on commercial line drive-through and I go inside they told me I have to have a mask I know I make a mistake I don’t check the sign at the door but the manager over there is terrible his attitude she told me you have to leave you don’t have a mask she don’t talk to me nicely she’s very very bad 8/6/21 4:00 to 4:15
