      I am surprised to see all of the negative reviews. I've had nothing but great service. The people I've spoken to were always polite. My most recent interaction was over the phone. My call was answered on the second try. I mistakenly hung up while on hold and the bank rep promptly called me back.

      Union Carpenter 435 we need to change banks! They can't handle the phones, I can't even get through to get my vacation pay! This place is the worst, I've been calling for weeks and can't get through!

      As A Union Carpenter I'm Forced To Having To Deal w/ Prolly The Worst Banking Institution, Definitely The Most Out Dated, Absolutely The Worst Customer Service (Rude, Hateful, Non- Caring, Lazy, Snarls, & Act Like Ur Dumb. As Far As App Services & Must Have 1 Phone Line That Sits Hidden In A Drawer On No Ring. It's Been Horrible For Years I Hate Having Our Carpenter's Name Attached To This. As They Don't Represent Our Trade Name Very Well. Idk Why We Continue To Let This Happen. They Need Us 2 Survive (Union Carpenters) Not The Other Way Around. 0 Stars & My Vote 2 Clean House.
