  I love this place, probably spend too much on DVD'S but hey that's why I go..they guys there are amazing and funny..always joking around making the place feel welcoming, and always around when customers need help

  The best pawn shop in cape girardeau. They are friendly to their customers and go out of their way to make every purchase right I plan on going every chance I can

  A once great place that seems to be slowly but steadily going downhill by what I can only assume is new management, the wonderful and professional woman has been replaced with a sarcastic man with a neckbeard. The building is now filthy and disorganized even though they only keep enough stock to fill 1/10th of the store. No items are cleaned anymore, meaning everything from insects hibernating in computers and game consoles to musical instruments covered in everything from DNA to bacteria. They have recently been telling customers who call ahead about a product to bring it into the store and then turn around and tell them they are not accepting that type of product, only to offer an insulting offer when you go to leave the building. I do not know what happened to Midwest Cash, but it's a real shame to see what I used to consider a great place to fall into such disarray. I hope they recover soon.
