      Unprofessional; would not even give 1 star. They are horrible; unhelpful; rude and ignorant. Did nothing to resolve cyber scam, nothing--then put a hold on my account blocking me from my money with my drivers license. Do not bank at Midwest; totally incompetent employees from the President down to their worthless tellers.
