      Good bank, great people, but the worst banking app that has ever been created. Plan on having costumer service on speed dial because the bank app will leave you stranded without any access to your funds by randomly logging you out, not recognizing up to date passwords and info, then flagging your account and leaving you locked out indefinitely. I have had so much trouble over the last few years with the 'new' updated app, that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

      I wouldn't even give MidWestOne Bank one star. READ THE FINE PRINT before opening an account with MidWestOne. They are they are still in the dinosaur age technologically speaking. Their checking account policies are onerous. It needs to constantly be logged in to and constantly moving money in and out of your account. What a NON-User friendly bank.
