      Mike Bass is the loan officer for the buyers of my home. We are moving to the Caribbean and have done extensive planning, travel arrangements, shipping of vehicles and personal belongings. We are purchasing a property there right after the sale of our house with the proceeds from the sale, but yet 3 days before settlement, Mike says he needs more time. He suggests we postpone the settlement for a week, just to be safe. This throws many wrenches into many plans! He gave us no heads up, no notice, just hey, you're not settling when we told you for months that you would because we can't do our job in a timely manner. This is unacceptable! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
