      I must say I am not shocked at the negative ratings.... Almost 17 years ago I purchased a house in Plymouth and Mary Gladchun was a very difficult, rude, offensive person at that time as well. I thought that she would mellow with age, but apparently not. Too bad, I know they have a pretty good client base, but I'm sure they lose a ton of prospects. 😞
