I know the survey is about Movement mortgage and Mike Natter but the overall experience could have been disastrous if it was not for Mike and his team at movement mortgage and Peter Morales, my lawyer. I wanted to give up on the deal because of the poor professionalism at Premier Homes Realty. Their service is so poor that I wonder how they remain in business. They do not respond to phone calls, and when I managed to get them from a different number, they never had a knowledgeable response to my questions, and if they promise to call back with an answer later, they never do. They lie from the top to the bottom and that explains the behaviors of the bottom. They are rude and have a profound lack of professionalism. Please people, do your homework first before you engage with Premier homes realty. Otherwise, Mike and Peter kept floating through that experience. Thank you guys, you're the best.

Mike Natter is the best loan officer on Long Island. He truly just wants to help everyone that comes to him and offered solutions to every problem we faced during this process. It was not an easy and fast process, but Mike definitely made it more bearable by making sure we understood everything. He answered every single question and email with no problem. He kept us calm when it felt like the process was neverending. Overall, we had a great experience with Movement Mortgage and specifically Mike Natter who is very educated and helpful.
