  This is my favorite State Farm agency! All agents are super nice and easy to work with! I get prompt reply every time I call them or email them. I am not going anywhere else. I strongly recommend this office ! :)

  I've been working with Mike since I moved to Pittsburgh 8 years ago. Since then I had someone hit me when they floored it out of a parking spot, a drunk totaled my car while parked on the street in front of my house, and most recently a broadside resulting in a total. Like a good neighbor, Mike and his team have always been there. They have explained everything clearly, returned my inquires quickly, and made the process easier than I could hope for. I never leave five star reviews, and truly I'm only leaving this because I've recently had several one star interactions with which to compare. This team stands far and above the rest. Honorary mention to Karl (Carl?) who has also assisted me many times.

  I’ve been with Mike Newel’s office of State Farm for over a decade. The friendly and knowledgeable service have been second to none. When problems arise, as they occasionally do in life, Mike and the team have been amazing at helping to navigate the issues to the end. I recommend them to everyone.
