  This was not my first time here. Several months ago I got a great last-minute deal on a MS Surface, which is working like new. This time I came to shop--for the first time--for a firearm. A gentleman named Jay, according to my receipt, was more than patient and helpful in educating me on firearms. He told me he had a military background, and that helped me to be more confident in his expertise. He wasn't pushy but came across as wanting me to be sure in my purchase. I'm stepping back to take a breath before I make a decision, but I did buy a nice piece of jewelry. I do plan to come back and pull the trigger on that firearm purchase, (pun intended). Decent merchandise, good prices and great customer service will have me coming back.

  First time coming to this store and was impressed on how clean, organized, and friendly the staff was. Other pawn shops are dirty and their crew ignore you. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and got a great deal on the jewelry I purchased from them. The staff was very professional and I will be coming back!

  I personally don't suggest anyone come to this pawn, they are very unprofessional and lack communication.

  This negative review is false, and they are trying to hurt our business by leaving poor reviews. The person who left this review is in conjunction with the previous negative review. They are trying to shift the blame for being late and losing their merchandise on us rather than accepting the responsibility. We communicate from the start of the loan going over the terms of the loan document before the customer even signs! We ask if they are willing to leave us their contact information to notify them if they are late on their loan! This is voluntary and should the customer decide to decline then our system will give each customer a three-day grace period after the last due date. We call or text our customers that are late on their loans that leave us their contact information! We also have customers call us to check on their due date daily and we are happy to help them check over the phone. We are open 7 days a week! Thank you, Mike
