      People in this company we diligent (almost pushy sometimes), this was my first home purchasing in the US, so I was expecting to have some kind of guide through the process, but they were more interested in closing the deal as soon as possible. After we did it, they simply ignored any new message from my side, whether they were emails or text, sadly I have to say that's pretty much the behaviour everywhere, they will be interested as long as your calls or messages mean money, otherwise they will simply ignore any new request from your side regardless if it is a simple question, and regardless if you closed a 250k business with them.
