      My wife and I just closed on a home and went through Jocelyn as our loan officer with Milestone Home Loans in Somersworth. She was knowledgeable, polite, hardworking, and had great communication skills. She truly had our best interests in mind. She helped us understand the process in full and was very patient and understanding throughout. She was quick and friendly when responding to emails, requests, and questions. She was quick to adapt to changes and obstacles posed by Covid-19. Jocelyn made the homebuying process a lot less stressful. During initial credit report review she came across some issues that were negatively affecting my credit and was clear in explaining how to rectify the situation. Near the end while closing was approaching, there were some issues that arose, but Jocelyn fought for us to expedite the process to allow us to still close on time which saved us more than she knew. If you are looking to buy a house, we strongly suggest contacting Jocelyn before settling on a loan officer.

      I am so thankful that I found Milestone when I went to go purchase my first home. At the time I did not know much about the process. Brian took the time to teach me and make sure I understand. Without Brian I would not have realized that buying a home is possible. I just went through a refinance as well. He monitored the rates and let me know when we should go through with it. I cannot say enough about Brian and Jocelyn. I would recommend Milestone to anyone.
